The process is very simple, so do not make it hard on yourself. The requirements to joining our team is the same no matter what game you are joining us for. To be part of our team is to be part of our community. There's no application to fill, you will be your own ticket to Guild Acceptance. The first thing you should do is join our community by registering
a new forum account with us. Get used to using our forums if you are unfamiliar with this form of communication. The Syko Killers Forums is our main meeting place to discuss topics outside of the game world.
New to Syko Killers is making use of voice communication during online play. We hope that new members will be able and willing to make use of programs such as
TeamSpeak, to enhance our gaming experience and improve teamwork among friends. Be sure to get a headset with mic so you can be a part of this.
When you are ready to become part of our team, please tell us by starting a new thread (on whichever board you see fit) and tell us why you are interested in trying out. We call this your "Offer For Acceptance". Your offer will be considered immediately, after all, you did go through all the trouble of deciding on the right guild to join. So you've made the right choice. Your interest will be a bonus to your chances of being accepted as a full member.
In normal cercumstances, your offer for acceptance will be accepted very soon. You will be notified by your Division Leader of when your
one month trial begins and ends. During this month, we don't expect any more of you than to simply be yourself. Taking part in our community discessions and gaming time will allow us to better evaluate your performance. If all goes well, your acceptance will be anounced by your Division Leader and/or voted* on by the Senior Staff.
Note: Since May 13, 2005, Syko Killers has come up with a Charter for all members to follow by. As a Syko Killer and member on trial, you are expected to follow this Charter to the best of your ability. The Charter sets the standard to ensure that all members treat each other equally and function as a valuable teammate. The Charter can be read from
here.
So what are you waiting for? Come be part of our
community today!
